Dear Parents,

We wish to inform you that a child who attended our centre late last week has since been diagnosed with Hand, Foot & Mouth disease.

Should your child develop any symptoms indicative of Hand, Foot & Mouth disease, please consult with your doctor and advise the centre. During this period, please refrain from sending your child for care.
