4. General Centre Information

4a) What time is breakfast at the centre?

Breakfast is held from 7:00am until 8:00am. Please ensure that you arrive before 8:00am if your child requires breakfast.

4b) What is the procedure if I am running late to pick up my child?

We understand that sometimes there are unavoidable circumstances that may mean you will be running late to collect your child. In this circumstance, you should call the centre to notify them that you are expecting to be late and give the staff member your estimated time of arrival. A late pick-up fee of $1.00 per minute may be charged from 6:15pm onwards.

4c) If my child attends an activity on school site during before and after school care, what do I need to do?

Please complete our Out of Centre Activity Form . At the time of the activity, a NWOOSH Educator will take your child to their activity and sign your child out, then collect your child and sign them back in, at the end of the activity. If you will be collecting your child directly from the activty, please come past the centre first and sign your child out, so our Educators know they do not need to be collected from the activity.
