Parent Line

Parent Line is a free telephone counselling and support service for parents and carers with children aged 0 to 18 who live in NSW.

A confidential counselling service for children aged 5 to 18 years.

Working with Children Check

All staff members who are taking part in face-to-face employment with children are required to submit a working with children check. It involves a national criminal history check and review of findings of  workplace misconduct.

NSW Department of Education

The NSW Department of Education website can assist parents in understanding more about the services provided for children and young people from early childhood to youth advocacy and support. It includes direct information in regards to childcare services.
