“As the term gets under way, many out of centre activities have started to commence (e.g. band, dance, end of year activites etc). In line with Regulations, OOSH staff are unable to release your child to another activity without written permission.

As such, if your child has an out of centre activity, please be sure to complete and email the Out Of Centre Activity Permission Form – Term 4 2022.
